Leg of lamb is the traditional roast for holidays, special occasions and whenever you want to have an impressive, elegant or casual meal. Our center-cut leg of lamb is the prime center section of the leg. The rump and shank have been removed for easier cooking resulting in a higher meat to bone ratio.
